Reward Allocation Proposal;

This proposal is for the allocation of XBE rewards to the Hive - starting Monday the 21st March

Throughout the last week, 5% of the daily XBE emissions have been allocated to the Hive with each of the respective vaults (FRAX & cvxCRV) being allocated 2.5%

This proposal aims to initiate a ramp up of rewards towards the Hive, meaning that we allocate a greater % of the daily emissions towards it.

The current test week has served extremely helpful, and we are all appreciative of the community members that have been willing to assist.

XBE reward allocation;

The way the mechanics of XBE are designed allow for rewards to be called on a weekly basis, going from Monday to Monday. With this in mind, it means that a vote for emissions will take place throughout this week and will result in XBE Hive emissions starting on Monday the 21st of March.

Alongside the rigorous testing that has been done by the team and community members we also have the ImmuneFi Bug Bounty that was launched on Tuesday the 15th of March. We hope to get as many eyes on the protocol & code as possible which can help to mitigate risk in addition to the 3 passed audits.

XIP3 - XBE Finance BUG BOUNTY – 500 000 USD Bug Bounty This proposal is to launch the XBE Bug Bounty to reward community members for reporting bugs in the XBE protocol. Considering that we are still finalizing the test week to ensure the Hive works smoothly, I do not recommend allocating a substantial amount of emissions towards the Hive, however I do recommend a reasonable ramp up of rewards that will make the Hive more attractive for liquidity providers, and in turn generate protocol revenue.

It is also advisable that we aim to attract deep protocol liquidity during this period which means allocating a substantial amount of rewards to the XBE/ETH Sushiswap LP.

With the above mentioned, I propose the following allocations to the Hive for the week starting 21st of March:

Option 1) Same as previous week

Allocate 5% of the weekly emissions to the Hive vaults

• 2.5% to the FRAX pool & 2.5% to the cvxCRV pool
• 70% to the XBE/ETH LP
• 25% to XBE staking

Option 2) Reward ramp up

Allocate 15% of the weekly emissions to the Hive vaults

• 7.5% to the FRAX pool & 7.5% to the cvxCRV pool
• 60% to the XBE/ETH LP
• 25% to XBE staking

Option 3) Reward ramp up

Allocate 30% of the weekly emissions to the Hive vaults

• 15% to the FRAX pool & 15% to the cvxCRV pool
• 45% to the XBE/ETH LP
• 25% to XBE staking

Thereafter this week, we will be able to have another vote for the allocation of rewards. Discussions for this will be done during the DAO weekly hangout as well as in the Official telegram channel!

Voting will start Wednesday 16th Mar

Voting will finish Friday 18th Mar at 5PM UTC
